Lambertus
HARLINGEN, TX. -Henry Lynn Lambertus, age 74, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 19, 2008 at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen, TX.
Although Lynn was a long time resident of Wichita, Kansas, he was a Winter Texan since 1995. He served in the U.S. Marines during the Korean Conflict.
He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Connie Campbell Lambertus of Wichita, KS and son: Jeff Lambertus (Jane) of Wichita, KS and daughter: Sheri Douglas of Lindsborg, KS. He is also survived by 2 grandsons: Zach Douglas and Eric Douglas of Lindsborg, KS.
A Memorial Service is set for Thursday, October 23, 2008 at 2 PM at Park Place Estates in Harlingen, Texas.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the South Texas Veterans of Foreign Wars VFW Post 2410 located at 2006 Whalen Rd., Harlingen, Texas in care of Commander John Grimes.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Trinity at Harrison Funeral Home, 1002 E. Harrison, Harlingen, TX 78550.

Jeff, this is Kelly Myers - I live in KC. I am really sorry to hear about your dad's passing last year - my mom also died a few months back. It has been a tough year.
