A resident of the DC area until 1970, died Wednesday, February 7, 2018 in Albuquerque, NM. She is survived by her children, Tom and his wife, Tammy of Baltimore MD and Eileen and her husband, Kristen Webb of Albuquerque, NM; and her grandchildren, Matt and Shanna Rosson, and Ariana Webb. Missy was preceded in death in 2014 by her beloved husband of 45 years, David E.
