McGINN PAUL JOSEPH McGINN (Age 84) Of Ocean View, formerly of Silver Spring, MD, passed away peacefully in his home on Sunday, May 2, 2010. Paul was a veteran of the Korean War, serving in the United States Army. He retired from the U. S. Postal Service after 30 years. He was past President of the NALC Branch #2611 of Silver Spring, MD. Paul is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Peggy McGinn; a son, Michael McGinn; a daughter, Kathleen Barnes and her husband Jim and two grandsons, Michael Barnes and Carson Barnes. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered Wednesday, May 5 at 10 a.m. at St. Ann''s Catholic Church, 691 Garfield Parkway, Bethany Beach, DE. 19930. A visitation will be held Tuesday evening from 5 to 7 p.m. at the chapel of Melson Funeral Services, 38040 Muddy Neck Road, Ocean View, DE. Interment will be in the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Millsboro.
