It was an honor to have known Renee over the past few years. She and Michelle would shop together where I am employed. After assisting them the first time, they became my friends who I loved to see walk in the door! Renee was a lady...a lady who also was funny, warm, caring and kind. She always showed an interest in my life and even invited me to her home (a few times) so I could bring my dog to romp with hers! My big regret is that I allowed the busyness of life get in the way and never went. I will truly miss Renee...she was a wonderful person who touched my life.

Renee and I were in Miss. Hawke Dance Recitals at the Wardman Park Theatre in Washington, DC in 1936 to 1942. She was so pretty and so poised. I always cherished being her dance partner. We were just little girls learning to dance! Thoughts and prayers in her memory.

My condolences on the passing of Mrs. Lyons. Growing up in Greenway Heights she always made me feel special as a child and those memories have lasted 50+ years! I'm sure our Lord has embraced her and makes her feel as special as she made me feel as a child. I wipe a tear for your family's loss and a smile that she has a special place in my heart and memories. Tim

Renee was so very special. I have forgotten the name of their home in VilleFranche but she was the warm hostess of the USS Salem group. And I had the distinction of taking her to the American Hospital in Nice so she could give birth to Yvonne. Now that is special. You had to love her.
Ace knew how wonderful she was. We all will miss her. Ace, we love you as well.

Grant L. Hopkins & Helga S. Zahorchak are deeply saddened by the loss of Renee. She was a wonderful person and we both remember her love of dogs, especially Rocky & Boomer.
Her smile was captivating & her sense of humor was infectious.
There are no words to properly express our sadness.
Our deepest condolences to Admiral Lyons and the Lyons family
