Pete was such a huge part of our "Florida family". He shared, over the years, many hysterical stories of life as a local police Sargent. He was so very missed and we often referred to so many of the tales Pete had shared.

I knew the chief for decades, first from just around town and from mutual friends, then I had the pleasure to work with him in town government for many years. Whether it was business or just a friendly chat, I always enjoyed our conversations. I remember him telling me how he loved life out in Brookfield when he was getting ready to retire. He gave much of himself to the town of Sudbury and deserved much gratitude. My deepest sympathies to his family and close friends.

Marian, & family, we are so saddened to hear of the loss of our friend Pete. We will miss his visits and his stories. Over the years he really became a staple here and we always looked forward to his visits. He certainly will be missed by us and will remain in our hearts forever as one of our dearest friends here at the store. A brave man who taught us much about professionalism and endurance. May he now rest forever in the arms of our heavenly Father. God bless you all at this time and may you all have peace and strength. We send our love and prayers to you .. Peter was our landlord. When I was pregnant with our first child we moved into an apartment he owned on Sanger St.. The partment was beautiful and the rent was reasonable. Peter told us as long as we were good neighbors to his parents, who lived next door, he would never raise our rent. He was a kind and considerate man dedicated to his family and to his tenants as well. I'm sorry to hear that he was sick.
He loved you all.

Peter battled cancer for 13 years. He always told us that he knew what he'd die of. He put up a great fight. A good cop and a leader of men, he did the job well. He was my friend & will be missed.
