My children went to Lewisville and I was fortunate to work with Ruby for the dozen years that I taught there. "Miss Ruby" was the school mom to all of us, including me. She was indeed a treasure and I will miss her. I´m sorry I am just now learning of her passing. With deepest sympathy in your loss.

To Roger Michael and william and families, I just want to send my condolences to all your families, I am sorry none of our family was there to represent our Dad's family from Va and the Shirey family and St.Jean as well. I have fond memories growing up with Ruby and all her family and Aunt Mae, We were first cousins and my Dad and Aunt Mae were brother and sister. So glad that JB, took the time to visit us after many years of not seeing Ruby and JB families. we were all close growing up, but so many living in different place we did not see each other very often after that. I have heard from Susan Scott and we have been in touch on FB. If anyone wants to contact our family, most of them are there too. I sent a lot of pictures to Susan after I found out of Ruby's passing. "So sorry for your loss, she was a very happy person, always smiling!
