Theodore McGrath Obituary

Mr. Theodore Vernon McGrath, 62, of Winston-Salem died Saturday, Sept. 20, 2003, at the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. He was born in Massena, N.Y., on Jan. 16, 1941, to Vernon T. and Marguerite Bosjolie McGrath. He was a graduate of Bryant College. He retired from Owens-Illinois Inc. as plant manager with 30 years of service. He served in the U.S. Air Force and was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church. He was preceded in death by his mother. Surviving are his wife, Constance S. McGrath, of the home; two daughters, Kelly Blackwell and husband, Rusty, of Wilson and Kimberly Corradi and husband, Dave, of Charlotte; a son, Tad McGrath, of Huntersville; six grandchildren, Curran, Madison and McKenzie Blackwell and Braden, Bridget and Ben Corradi; and his father of Massena, N.Y. A memorial funeral Mass will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 24, at Holy Family Catholic Church by Father Adrian Porras. The family will receive friends after the service at the Village Inn on Ramada Drive in Clemmons. Memorials may be made to Hospice & Palliative CareCenter, 1100-C S. Stratford Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27103 or to the Building Fund of Holy Family Catholic Church, P.O. Box 130, Clemmons, NC 27012. (Vogler & Sons Clemmons Chapel)
