William Foster Obituary
Chuck was a 1982 graduate of South Charleston High School. He served his country in the USAF. He worked for SPI and was currently working for the city of South Charleston.
Chuck is preceded in death by his mother, Carolyn "Soo" Foster.
Chuck is survived by his wife, Vicki; sons, Stephen and Mitchell; father Steve Foster; sisters, Tamela DeChaine, husband Chris, Stephanie Carnes, husband Jeremy; mother in law, Victoria Lunsford; brother-in-law, Buddy Lunsford and wife, Betty; best friend Scott Scotch, his golfing buddies, and many other dear friends.
A service to Honor the Life of Chuck will be held at 7 p.m., Thursday June 20, at Snodgrass Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to Paralyzed Veterans of America at 640 4th Ave. Huntington, WV 25701.

Great guy, was a SPARKPLUG, full of energy, played basketball with him at Jackson street park, and enjoyed his company at Rock Lake Pool, and by the way, his laugh was one of a kind.

Sorry for your loss Vicky.Chuck was a good guy and I still have memories of him playing centerfield in little league when we played on the same team. Chuck always had smile on his face and always talked about the two boys you raised together. He will be missed by all who knew him. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and the boys.

Vicki & Family, Mike & I have held your family in our thoughts and prayers since we first heard about Chucks illness. He will be sadly missed by all who knew Chuck. Loved watching him grow up into a fine young man, husband, father and great member of our community. He had a contagious smile and a good word for everyone. I know he is flying with the angels and watching over his family. So sorry we will be out of town Thursday evening.

Chuck was one of my very best friends during the mid eighties when we served together. We have stayed in contact all these years and often talked about a reunion. I will live the rest of my life regretting not making that happen. I pray for comfort for his friends and family. He was very proud of his two boys and bragged about them constantly. I will always cherish the memories we made at a time that we truly lived life to the fullest. We often talked about how good we had it and didn't realize it until many years later.
