You will forever be Grandpop to me. I will fondly hold onto to all the memories of my boyhood days fishing, hunting, and going to court with you. You taught me to be curious about the world and everything in it. With all of your accomplishments, you were always more interested in helping others, including me. I owe a debt to you for all my successes. I miss you Grandpop.

He was the most amazing person, I went to college with him. I'll always remember his strength and perseverance. He was one of the strongest people I've ever met, he was totally dedicated to the civil rights movement. I send my heartfelt condolences to his family. My thoughts and prayers are with them. He inspired me to go to college, I'll always be grateful for the rest of my life. My kids are now graduating from graduate school.
