Irene was born in Germany on May 30, 1941. She came to the United States in 1962, where she built a life centered around her family. She loved mountain biking, gardening, fishing and the time she spent with those closest to her. She is survived by her husband, Chuck Caniglia; daughter, Renee Caniglia; the extended Caniglia family; and many relatives and friends who will miss her presence in their lives.
Celebration of Irene's Life, 9 a.m., Monday, August 11, 2025, at Braman Mortuary, Millard Chapel, followed by a luncheon at 11 a.m. at Kros Strain Brewing, 10411 Portal Rd #102, La Vista, NE 68128. For more details, visit www.Bramanmortuary.com.

I was a friend of Chuck's younger sister and I was at the Caniglia house when Chuck first brought Irene to Omaha...I was very young, but I remember her being soooo beautiful!! Rest in Peace Irene.
