I only got to know cousin Scott very briefly, but in that time I got a great sense of Scott's character: jovial, genuine, and caring. I was sadden to hear of Scott's passing. My thoughts and prayers go out to friends and family who knew him.

Scott was my cousin, though more of a brother in my heart. The world has changed as a result of his passing, and heaven has become a richer place. God blessed us with you, Scott. And now you are free... Great love to you.

Farewell, Cousin Scott...my early memories are of Scott, and family coming over to our home in Oak Forest, Il and Scott, my brother John, and I would go down to the basement to play with toys. Scott would call John and I "jimmy-john" as it was easy to confuse us, and our names sounded alike! I will miss you, Scott. I read all the other entries and I feel that I can only repeat that you were "fun-loving" and jovial. That is how I will remember you, you had such a lust for life and always were at the center of a good time. Your cousin, Jim - Sparks, NV

I was saddened and dismayed to learn of Scott's passing. To me he will always remain the wisecracking, joke playing happy soul I knew and loved. I can't remember ever seeing him sad or in bad spirits. He had a lot of tragedy in his life but he always seemed to perservere. He would cheer other people up when they were down. He brightened up any place he went. Any gathering I ever saw him at he was crackin' jokes and goofin' off. I imagine where he is now he is continuing to goof off and have a good time. I love you and will miss you Scott. Amy G

I have memories of Scott from just about as far back as my memory goes. I will miss him dearly. He made an impression on everybody he met. About 25 years ago, he spent a week in Nevada, camping with me, my brother, sister and some of our close friends. After that week, my friends have always affectionately referred to him as John's crazy cousin from Chicago. Although they only spent that one week with him, they never forgot him and they always laugh when they talk about that camping trip. They were sad to hear of his passing. We will miss you Scott, very much.

We lived next door to Scott and his family for 32 years. They were such a kind and loving family. Scott had a smile that went on forever. We had many great talks over the backyard fence. Rest in peace my dear Scott.
Our prayers and condolences to the Kaminski family.

Scott was one of the kindest men I ever met. We worked together weeks at a time away from our homes quite awhile ago but never lost touch. Scott always made sure to touch base with me to see how I was doing. That always made me smile. I loved talking to him. He really cared. I'll miss him, but I'll always remember him as a great friend. Love you man!

I grew up living next to Scott. Scott, Pete ,and family were great people. Being 10 yrs. my senior, I credit Scott for peaking my interest in I.T. and offering to teach me one of his valuable skills, the electric guitar. He will truly be missed. My condolences to the Kaminski family.

My condolences to Scotts Family. I knew Scott for the past 11+ years and considered him more than just a co worker but a friend that took me under his wing when I started with at the same company he worked. He continued to be a friend as our lives moved forward. We spent countless hours together on projects traveling. Scott was fun to be around both during work and off work hours as many days were spent in many states thru out the United States.
I will miss Scott as I know many people will.

I have known Scott through work since 2002 and we worked together on a couple of projects over the years Scott was such a thoughtful and kind person and I am deeply saddened by his passing. He had a heart for people and animals and always thought to follow up with me when he knew I had an illness in my family. I will surely miss our phone chats. My sincerest condolences to his family.
