Rosalinde Marie Krenz of Calgary passed away on March 28 at the age of 74 years. Ros grew up the youngest of eight children on a farm near Allan, Saskatchewan. She fondly remembered her childhood on the farm with her family and friends. In the early 60's, Ros moved to Calgary where she lived with family and then a dear friend. She worked as a secretary where she met her husband Erhard at a company picnic. Ros and Erhard were married for forty-seven years and settled in the community of Braeside, where Ros was a devoted wife and stay-at-home mother raising two children Natalie and Ryan. She was very tender and thoughtful towards those closest to her. Ros took joy in going for walks with family and friends at Fish Creek, Glenmore and Heritage Parks where she could visit her other friends, the chickadees. More recently, Ros enjoyed line dancing and Tai Chi which she had always talked about doing. At line dancing and Tai Chi she made some great friends whom she adored very much. Ros is survived by her husband, Erhard Krenz, daughter, Natalie (Eros) and her husband Kevin Eros, and son, Ryan. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Spirit Catholic Church (10827-24th Street SW) on Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. Photos, memories and condolences may be shared with Rosalinde's family through www.evanjstrong.com.
