Texas has been in the news this week because of Hurricane Harvey, and I see that you had a connection with TCU. I pause today to offer prayers and encouragement to Martha's friends and family. With much love from Texas,

Hello,
I know you don't know me, but 6 years ago, I purchased two braceletts that had names of wonderful people we lost in 9/11. One bracelet had Martha Reszke on it, I am so glad you have this guest book for me to sign. I am wearing the bracelet with pride today to remember her and I am praying for Martha and her family. God Bless all of you.

I do not personally know Mrs. Reszke, but I wanted to leave this little note of my appreciation for her duty. I had an assignment at school to pick randomly a victim of the horrible 9-11 tragedy and write a little something about what I learned about them. I was hesitant to even do the assignment, but it gives me great pride that I can tell the families and friends of the people I selected that my thoughts are with you and Mrs. Martha Reszke and I wish you all the best of luck. Mrs. Reszke seemed like a very kind, loving person who enjoyed what she did and was filled with life. God Bless.

Jim,
Our thoughts & prayers have been with you and I so desperately wanted to call. I tried, but the number I have is old and the operator was unable to give me anew one. I stumbled over this website
this evening and do hope you get this message. Call us if you can at the following numbers, 800-261-8984 (office) or 254-698-4585 (home), 254-290-0383 (cell) or drop me an email. May god help you through this next week and the years to come.. ps....I miss those long, "wasup" conversations.

May warm memories of times shared with Martha lighten the sorrow in your hearts. We are deeply sorry for your great loss. Our hearts cry with you.
America Cries
We see your sorrow-
and our hearts cry....
We can not erase your pain
but you do not have to face the anguish alone-for we-
-the American people-
are beside you.
We so desperately want to have the touch that brings you comfort,
the strength that gives you courage,
and the words to lighten your spirits.
And when we are left speechless
may the silence of our nation weave love into your hearts
to ease your sorrow.
May you find healing through our nation's strength as we-
-the American people-
face this difficult time together. Our hearts are with you. Teresa Jahn
