Many years ago Versiti Blood center gave out cards with name, age, hometown and picture of people who lost their lives on September 11.
Every 9/11, I donate blood in honor of the woman I never met.
Angela is not forgotten.

I was a friend of Angie's at Lycoming College back in 1969. We lived in the same dorm and spent many hours together along with my roommate Kathie Brett who later lived in Richboro Pa after we graduated. My roommate Kathie died June 18 2001 of pancreatic cancer and I was letting Angie know what was happening from Jan 2001 until she died as we were all friends for the 4 years at Lycoming. Angie was so upset when she learned that Kathie had succumbed to the cancer in June of 2001. So shocking that Angie would die that same year in the tragedy at the Trade Center. I went to her services in Boonton and sat with her Mom and family and couldn't believe that Angie was involved in such a tragedy so soon after I had lost Kathie to her cancer. Angie was a wonderful friend to me and to Kathie and we had so much fun together at Lycoming. My love to her family . Bev Ekey Langley

I never knew Angela but have been thinking of her and praying for her family for 20 years. I wear a bracelet with her name engraved on it and just wanted to let you know that she has been thought of often by a total stranger and always since 9-11 been in my heart.

I have thought of Angela many times since 9/11. I pray for her and the others everyday that I pass the 9/11 memorial on Hanover Ave. I gave Angela her start in the insurance industry in Morristown. Was looking for someone with insurance experience she had none but she came in and shook my hand and introduced herself I knew I wanted to hire her. She was a quick learner and moved ahead in the industry very quickly. We would meet every so often for lunch and speak of the "old" days. She was a very special person. Left us much to soon.

I did not know Angela. I did however ride with the "2 million bikers to DC" 09/11/14 and did so partly in her memory as we riders were given a name of a victim to honor as part of our ride. God Bless.

Its hard to believe 13 years have gone by. Always think of you Morgan and your dad on this day. One of the best memories I have is throwing rocks across Boonton Ave. at each other... since we were not allowed to cross the street on our own. It was all in fun. I hope this finds you well old friend. Look me up sometime.

??????, ??? ???? Russian for "Hello, how are you." Words I will never forget as my freshman Lycoming roommate, Angela Vaira, repeated them over and over again in our dorm room. She was learning her first Russian language dialogue, and I learned it too. I think of you often Angie, especially when I hear Russian. Thinking of you and your family on this sad day. Peace to all.

I'm not sure why I thought of Angela today but I was determined to track down some notice of her passing while not know her married name. You see, Angela and I attended school together from kindergarten through 12th grade. In addition, we were members of the same church and youth group. Her father and my father car-pooled to work. She was far and away the most intelligent in our class yet never flaunted it. What a wonderful girl and I'm sure wonderful wife and mother. I have nothing but fond memories of Angela who was always smiling. I have no doubt she is still smiling in heaven.

Dear Morgan,
I hope this finds you well. Just wanted you to know your always in my thoughts on this day. I remember growing up on Boonton Ave and we would yell to each other from across the street. Sometimes we would play in your back yard and in that awesome tree fort. Look me up sometime, Im on face book.

Roger's Uncle Earl and Aunt Fran kept us up to date on the happenings of their extended family. Angela though we never met Angela) was always a part of the conversation. With their passing and the passing of their daughter Nancy, several years later, the lines of communication were lost. We wish to extend our prayers to Angela's family. Whenever I am in Jersey, my friend Mary and I visit the Tower of Rememberance at St. Joseph's in Stirling, NJ, where I stop and say a prayer for her.

Roger, I saw Angela's name on the memorial today. It was just a glance but something prodded me and a little searching found you. I'm so sorry for the loss that you and your family suffered. The little that I read of Angela is impressive. She was at once accomplished and well loved.

I did not have the privilege of meeting Angela Kyte or her family. I am a Washington State Trooper who has the honor of working a black Labrador retriever named for her from Lackland AFB where TSA is based.
I apologize if this is information you did not want to know or the timing of which does not let you know that others on the other side of the country think of Angela Kyte as well.
Kyte was born on November 8, 2008 and was part of the "K" liter. So her name is KKyte to designate she was born into the puppy program and for her namesake. She was fostered by a great Texan named Judi and was selected early to enter training.
She entered the TSA training cycle and was placed into class along with her brother KKirby. She is a petite 52 pound little lab that is a fire ball of energy. She graduated with me on May 21, 2010 and returned with me to Washington State.
She works at the various ferry terminals in Washington State and whenever someone asks about her I tell them that she is a TSA puppy program dog named to honor one of the brave heroes that became a victim on one of the most terrible days.
My sincere wish is that you knowing of KKyte lets you know how honored I am.

I had the honor of having been one of Angela's clasmates at Lycoming College where she continue to serve throughout her life. I did my best to step in her footsteps as class scribe. She will be foreverver in my heart and her legacy will follow in the many lives she touched. No words can adequately express the sorrow I feel when I think of our loss and I feel confort in knowing that she inspired her friends, family, and colleagues to carry-on her
spirit of caring and excellence. Eternal peace be with her. Ginny Shamlian

Last September 11 was the first time I was able to mourn the tragic passing of Angela Kyte. I became engaged to her nephew Scott last year and from the first moments I heard about her I was delighted and very saddened at the same time. For I knew it would be a long time before I would ever know her. Scott shared the fond memories he has of her with me. From the beginning I could tell what a wonderfully sweet and compassionate person she is. I didn't know her personally but her memory lives on in her family's stories and shared love. I am blessed to be a future niece of Angela. Her and my future family are in my thoughts and prays all the time. Always near to my heart.

I remember Mrs. Kyte. Truly she was an advocate of education. At the time she was the coordinator for the Marsh USA Class of 2000 (new employees) across the East Coast - ensuring that all the young employees were well versed in all operations of Marsh. Today is a day of rememberance. God Bless

I think of Angela often, especially on 9/11. I was Angela's secretary in the early 80's at M&M in Morristown in the Commercial Accounts Department. We were a very close group and had a lot of good times together. She was a wonderful role model and I value everything I learned from her over the years.

I never knew Angela, but I serve on the Alumni Association Executive Board at Lycoming College from which we both graduated. We renamed an annual award in her honor and presented it to her family the first year it was named for her. I feel I have gotten to know her in a way and am proud to serve the school that meant so much to us both. I know her family and friends miss her every day.

I find it so difficult to call Marsh
for any issues Tufts University may need, for Angela Kyte's friendly voice is no longer there and was taken away from us along with so many others that horrible day in September. Angela was always so willing to help me with any claims I
may have had! I know you are one of
God's special Angels up there watching over your family and the ones you love and cherish .God Bless You Angela! Be at peace! You will always be in my mind and my heart. I will never forget the tradegy of 911. You are truly missed in Boston!

While I had never met Angela, I was honored to have read her name aloud and ring a liberty bell in her honor while at a tribute to all that passed on September 11, 2001. Her name will forever be in the "airwaves" of Southern California as I announced her to all listening to the tribute on the radio.

I met Angela when Marsh purchased Sedgwick, the firm that I worked for. Angela did a great deal to reassure people that they would be valued and treated fairly. She was kind to me and I will never forget that or her.

To the Kytes and anyone else who reads - I never met Angela but my dearest friend Martha Dougherty had dinner with her on 9/10. Martha was so glad to have had the opportunity to have that special evening. Martha survived 9/11 by being in WTC 3 at the time and she thinks of the Kytes so very often. We have planted a garden in your memory Angela - we know it will shine with your beauty - in fact we have planted roses "Success Story" and "America" in your honor.
God Bless,

We are very sorry for your loss of Angela. Our hearts cry with you.
America Cries
We see your sorrow-
and our hearts cry....
We can not erase your pain
but you do not have to face the anguish alone-for we-
-the American people-
are beside you.
We so desperately want to have the touch that brings you comfort,
the strength that gives you courage,
and the words to lighten your spirits.
And when we are left speechless
may the silence of our nation weave love into your hearts
to ease your sorrow.
May you find healing through our nation's strength as we-
-the American people-
face this difficult time together. Our hearts are with you. Teresa Jahn
