There are no words to say how sorry our family is. Many are the wonderful times at the club and elsewhere that the Kelly family loved and treasured. It was our family's growing-up years. Pool, tennis, picnics by the lake, parties, dances, friendships. Mostly, it would be the tender care of Joanne and you to see that all of us could come together and enjoy each other. There is no lovelier legacy than that of giving and caring; both you and Joanne as a couple and your children as they bear witness to their parents' legacy leave this gift for us to continue. That is who Joanne is and you are. Blessings and God's love on the Pennypackers. Keep up the strength and hopefulness she had for/in all of us.

Dear Punch and family, we were so saddened to hear about Joanne. We were aware that she was struggling with a terrible disease and admire her spunk in combating her illness as well as your loving dedication to her during the struggle. It has been 30 years since we moved to Florida and yet the memories of our friends up there still are vivid. Unfortunately we will be unable to get to the funeral. It has been my indeed pleasure to know Joanne more than 60 years. In that time I have never known a more giving, caring, kinder person. She was truly unique.
