Kathleen M. Dugan

Kathleen M. "Kate" Dugan of Audubon passed away suddenly on Sunday, July 17, 2016 at age 60. Born in Philadelphia, Kate was the daughter of C. Joyce (Shaw) and the late Raymond J. Purcell. Kate was the loving mother of Major Timothy "TJ" Dugan (Rachel) and Michael J. Dugan (Victoria). She was the cherished grandmother of Caily, Payton, Joshua and Alexander (AJ). In addition to her mother, Kate is survived by her sisters Denise Slough (Raymond), Terri Dienno (Tom) and Donna Covely (Steve). Kate had many nieces, nephews and friends who will miss her dearly. Kate was a nurse at Wills Surgery in Plymouth Meeting. Her passion in life was her children and grandchildren. She always put everyone first and was known as the neighborhood's "Mom". Kate was an avid reader, enjoyed needlepoint and had a beautiful collection of music boxes. Relatives and friends are invited to Kate's Life Celebration at Visitation BVM Church, 196 N. Trooper Rd., Norristown on Friday, July 22, 2016 from 10-11:45 AM followed by her Funeral Mass at noon. Interment will be private.
