Mrs. Frances Veronica Scherer

Frances Veronica Scherer (nee Sikora), age 92, of North Royalton, Ohio; beloved wife of the late Joseph J. Scherer who passed away in October 1994; loving mother of Edward Scherer (Donna) of Broadview Heights, Ohio, and James Scherer (Mary) of Northfield, Ohio; dear grandmother of Joseph Scherer, Melanie Iarussi (Adam), Edward Scherer (Heather), James J. Scherer, Jessica Scherer, Emily Scherer, and Thomas Scherer, and great-grandmother of Evelyn and Avery Iarussi, and a future Scherer great-grandson due in February 2017; youngest sister of 14 siblings, all now deceased. Frances was a longtime member of the Ladie's Guild at St. Albert The Great Church and for 35 years she handmade the baptism bibs for the Church. Her true love was caring for her home and her loving family, and she will be dearly missed by them and so many others. Frances passed away on Saturday, September 17, 2016 at Seasons of Life Hospice in Parma. The family will receive friends at the BUSCH FUNERAL HOME, 7501 Ridge Road, Parma, Ohio, from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Thursday, September 22, 2016. Prayer service at the funeral home on Friday, September 23, 2016 at 10:45 A.M. followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 A.M. at St. Albert The Great Church, 6667 Wallings Road, North Royalton.
