Brian Lafferty passed away, suddenly, February 3, 2017, at the age of 54. Beloved son of the late Donald and Elizabeth Lafferty; loving father of Miracle and step-father of Lisa, Jessica, Eddie, Michael and the late Joshua; dear brother of Mary Steffey and her husband, Tandy, and William Lafferty. Also survived by his grandchildren, cousins and nieces. Relatives and friends are invited to Brian's Life Celebration visitation on Saturday, Feb. 11th, beginning at 1:00 p.m., followed by a Time of Sharing Service, 3:00 p.m. at John F. Givnish Funeral Home, 10975 Academy Rd., Phila. Interment private. 1-877-GIVNISH

Mary Lou and Bill, I am so sorry for the loss of your brother. I have such fond memories of the Lafferty clan when they visited with the Rennebaum family on Sparks Street. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.

Brian wanted me to know I was his true friend. Now that you're gone I know how much you were my friend cuz I miss you. I know the Bible says death is far far better than birth. So at times like this we must remember that. Take care Brian see you soon, say hi to Jesus for me.
