Leo E. Craven

Leo E. Craven, age 72, of Dover, Delaware passed away on Sunday July 9, 2017 in the University of Pennsylvania Hospital. Leo was born in Salem, New Jersey to the late Martin J. and Elva Craven. He was raised in Pennsville, New Jersey and graduated from Pennsville High School, class of 1962. He also graduated from the University of New Mexico, majoring in music. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was stationed in Korea. Leo was a talented drummer and played in many combos throughout the years. He also had a full recording studio in his home where he produced high quality recordings for several artists. He worked in real estate for many years and became a certified real property appraiser. In addition to his parents, Leo was predeceased by his sister Patricia Craven. He is survived by his brother Larry Craven (Carol) of Newark, Delaware; nephew Andrew Craven of Pennsville; and niece Jill Finney of Dover, Delaware. As Leo requested, all services will be private. He did request that any memorial contributions be made to the charity of your choice.
