Just learning of Mark's death, and very sad at the loss, to his family, friends, and all of Cleveland.
I knew Mark as a Goalie at Miami University, as a friend, and we biked a lot, back in the day.

I was just attempting to get info for a friend about my son's amazing ENT. I was heart broken to learn of his tragic accident last year. To his family I send belated condolences. Dr.Mark Wladecki was the most caring and thorough doctor I have ever been to. I am shocked and saddened to learn of his untimely and much too soon passing from an accident that could have been prevented by proper planning from the organization that hosted the bicycle race. What an immense loss for the world and his loved ones. Rest in Peace good doctor.

I cherished Dr Wladecki for saving my life. When I came to him for help he took on my most unusual case, he researched and finally did the best surgery I had ever had and cured mefrom a very old bacteria infection no one could find. He put me on the right medicine and finally came up with the cure. I will never forget the day he told me what I had and said that it was one of the most unusual cases, from that day forward I have lived a better life. He was incredible and had a passion for what he did, I am sure I was not the only one he helped but I am sure he loved all his patients. He was a very giving person I can never Thank him enough for giving me my life back.he truly touched me . My prayers go out to his family and friends I will think of him often

I am so sorry to learn about Dr Wladecki's passing. IMy boys were patients of his when they were young-9 and 10 years ago-to get their tonsils out and again a couple years later for a hearing screening. He was so wonderful with them, and made them so comfortable with his kindness and levity. He also made a worried Mom much more comfortable. He was a wonderful doctor and such a kind person. Our prayers are with his family. I am sad such a great soul was taken way too soon.

I just found out that Dr. Wladecki passed away. I saw him in July and he was such a wonderful doctor. His manner was excellent and he really took his time with me. I'm so sorry for your loss...I could tell in 45 minutes what kind of person he was. My condolences and prayers.

Dr. Wladecki was by far one of the best doctors I have ever had. I stumbled upon him after a surgery disaster. He helped me, made me laugh, and most importantly, took his time. He listened to my concerns and calmed my nerves. He started my appointments with.."young lady..what do we do with you". He always found a bright spot for me, no matter how I was feeling. Dr. Wladecki will be missed by me every day.

We just heard about Dr. Wladecki's passing. We are so very sorry for your loss!
Our daughter, Ava, was a patient of his since she was a child. He would always start the visit joking with her with the Name Game - Ava Ava Bofana, then get down to business.
One of Ava's eardrums collapsed and destroyed the bone. The doctor did surgery and placed artificial bone. Every time he checked her ear he patted himself on the back for how perfectly he placed that bone.
Dr. Wladecki was a good man. We were fortunate to have him in our lives. As of today, my daughter has normal hearing. THANKS TO HIM! He was the best!!

I am heartbroken about Dr. Wladecki. I really liked him and trusted him and had seen him for years, as had my daughter and mother. He was supposed to do my sinus surgery August 29. Unfortunately, I did not get know Dr. Wladecki as deeply as I would have liked however he was a distant family member and my ENT doctor that diagnosed me with throat cancer in 2016. As relative to my family, he always attended the Kaminski family reunions and went out of his way to speak to everyone. He was full of energy and joy. As an avid duathlete/triathlete myself, we were always able to discuss our training and racing events. He will be missed by so many people. In honor of his racing legacy, I will be asking the race director of the Vermilion HFP race, this weekend, for a moment of silence. Mark...Thank you for your dedication to family, sport and humanity. You are truly a special person.

Mark was an incredible athlete and person. He was always gracious, kind, composed and supportive of all the athletes at any given event. I have known Mark for just over 20 years as a fellow-age group athlete. He always impressed me as very caring person who never forgot a name. I'm sure that he was an excellent ENT doctor, too as he seemed to strive for excellence in everything he did. It's with shock and sadness that I extend my heart-felt condolences to his family today. I didn't know Dr Wladecki too long, but for the short time I knew him, it didnt take me long to figure out what a great doctor he was.
