Amanda "Mandy" Mitchell Meek Snow, 52, of Ravenel, South Carolina, wife of John Hamilton Snow entered into eternal rest Wednesday, February 26, 2020. The family will receive friends Monday, March 2, 2020 in J. Henry Stuhr Inc., West Ashley Chapel, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Her Funeral Service will be held Monday, March 2, 2020 in Church Creek Presbyterian Church, 2234 Plainview Rd, at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Presbyterian Church on Edisto Island Cemetery, 2164 Hwy 174, Edisto Island, SC. Mandy was born December 26, 1967 in Charleston, South Carolina, daughter of Edwa Luella Mitchell Meek and the late Randolph Edmiston Meek. She was a loving daughter, wife, and mother. She is survived by her husband, John Hamilton Snow and her children, John Randolph Snow (Katie) and their children Calvin and Owen, Preston Mitchell Snow, Cooper Hamilton Snow (Karoline), Carlton McCabe Snow and Mollye Love Snow; mother, Edwa Meek and sisters, Patsy Boggs and Catherine Buchanan (Blake); nieces Claire Boggs, Lily Cate Buchanan; & nephew Knox Buchanan, all of Columbia, SC. She is also survived by her mother-in-law Shelley Snow, father and mother-in-law Randy and Bonnie Snow, brother and sister-in-law Charlie & Katy Snow and their children Millie, Wilson and Truett Snow. Mandy took joy homeschooling all of her children, raising them up strong in their faith and to be successful, caring adults. She loved the outdoors and boat rides through the marsh, gardening, and photography. She will be deeply missed by her many friends and family. The family would like to thank Ta-Tyna Anderson, Marieli Holmes and Shanekqua Scott for their loving care and support and Agape Hospice and nurse Jade Schmitt. We have a great appreciation, and love for Dr Daniel Thomas and Dr Sylvia Thomas in Mr Dora, FL, who loved Mandy and went to great lengths to heal her. They have a very special practice. One in which Mandy and I wholeheartedly support. You can visit their website to understand more about what they are doing at NewHopeForCancer.com. Unfortunately, none of their work and treatment is covered by insurance. We have set up an account to support patients who need treatment but cannot afford it. It is called the Mandy Snow Cancer Support Foundation. It will be monitored by a third party, the accounting firm of H L Hirsch & Company and no disbursements can be made from the account without triumvirate approval, of which I am a member. In lieu of flowers, please send a donation to: Dr Daniel Thomas (that's how to make the check out to, put in the memo: Mandy Snow Cancer Support), Mail to: H L HIRSCH & COMPANY, 1006 W 25TH ST, SANFORD FL 32771-4238.

Dear John and Family,
Words seem inadequate to express the sadness we feel for your loss. Please know that you have and will continue to be in our thoughts and prayers. We will lift you up to the Lord, asking Him to give you comfort, strength and peace at this most difficult time. With our Love,
Marla and Hubert Hair

I know there are no words to ease the sadness,
but I hope knowing her faith and that she is at peace in Heaven does help. There also are not enough words to describe the wonderful person she was and all the memories we had together in college. It would not have been the great experience it was without her in it. Even though we didn't see each other a lot after college, I was blessed to see her in Florida for a brief visit that I know now was meant to be. I am heartbroken for all of her family and selfishly me, but I believe she is at peace. I could go one forever, but all I can say is she is loved by so many because she gave so much love. I hope you will find comfort in knowing all the love her Clemson family is sending.

Mandy had been missed & will continue to be missed in the Friday morning Bible Study Fellowship group. She was a beloved sister in Christ & I always enjoyed hearing her reflections & insights on God's Word from her gentle , wise perspective . We have been praying for her & your family over the last few years & will continue to do so. I am very saddened by your great earthly loss / and by the permanent absence of Mandy from our Edisto study group. I rejoice in the thought that when we see her again in our forever Home with Christ , she will have a perfectly healed body & there will be no more tears or illness . Thank you for sharing her with us! She remains an inspiration & true blessing!! A grateful sister in Christ , Dawn Stroop
