Gregory Charles Andonian

Gregory Charles Andonian, age 89, passed away in Bedford, NH on May 9, 2021. Greg, also known by family and friends as "Teko" was born in Worcester Massachusetts on June 27, 1931 to Mariam and Serab Andonian, first generation Armenian immigrants. He attended Trade High School in Worcester MA where he enjoyed being a member of the City Champion Football team. In the early part of his career Greg was an accomplished tool and die maker, working for Heald Machine Company. At the age of 37 he accepted an offer to go into sales with Atlantic Industrial Supply of Burlington, MA and moved his family to Millis, MA. After several successful years as Atlantic's top sales performer Greg become an owner. Outside of work, Greg was a member of the Masons and served in the Massachusetts National Guard. Greg was an avid photographer, lover of music, skilled marksman and international travel enthusiast. But without question, family was his greatest passion. Greg is survived by his wife of 68 years, Helen (Markarian) and their children Debby and Gary Warren of Bedford NH, David and Kris Ann Andonian of Boston MA and Gregg and Michelle Andonian of Milford MA. Greg also was the proud grandfather of eight grandchildren; David Warren, Rebecca Fortier, Nicholas Andonian, Jake Andonian, Haley Andonian, Joshua Andonian, Grace Andonian and Benjamin Andonian as well as two great granddaughters. Greg is also survived by his sister Lillian Mardirosian of Millbury, MA and her three sons. A private family memorial service will be held at Hope Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Greg's name to the Armenian Apostolic Holy Trinity Church of Worcester MA.
