Sandra Babb

Sandra Babb (nee Flood) of Abington, Pa. passed away on Sunday, August 15, 2021, at the age of 74. She was born in Philadelphia, Pa. to the Late Philip and Ruth (nee Woodring) Flood, with whom she shared a close bond. Family was always Sandy's number one priority, and she was her happiest surrounded by loved ones. Sandy is survived by her loving family: husband William, children Steve and Cheryl, adorable granddaughter Acadia, as well as son-in-law Andy and daughter-in-law Elizabeth. Pets were also a big part of the family, from her Dalmatian Patsy, cat Percy, and beagle Madison. Sandy grew up spending summers at Fernbrook with her large extended family, where she swam, canoed, and caught turtles. From Hawaii to the Bahamas, she loved traveling with her friends and husband. After having children, Sandy devoted herself to her family and their activities. Services for Sandy will be held privately at the family's request. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research in Sandy's memory.
