Mr. Wayne this is terrible to find out. You were our neighbor and friend for 7 years, we just bought a house and moved and talked about how we missed seeing you. The kids loved their Mr. Wayne, they knew you their entire lives. You will be missed my friend. I'm pretty upset i only found out now and missed the viewing. I know you were in a lot of pain, and are no longer suffering.

Papa Wayne, you were very special to me, you would even call me your adopted daughter. I will miss the talks we would have with and without Pamedy. I promise to take care of Pamedy but I know you will also be watching over us. I know you are happy to be pain free and re-united with Miss Joan and your loved ones. RIP, until I see you again! I Love you Papa Wayne!

Your Adopted Daughter,
Jill

I will miss you every day and promise to take care of Pamedy. I know you are in a better place where you are happy, Re-united with Miss Joan and your loved ones. May you RIP and watch over all of us!! I’m so glad I got to go to the beach and Capt. George’s with you. I will cherish our talks that we had when Pamedy wasn’t around and miss you every day!! To Wayne's family,

I have lived at the Nob Hill Apt. complex for the last 4 years. Wayne was always out in front of the building talking to friends while smoking his cigarettes.
He would always have something to say to me when I was going in and out.

Because of a family reunion, I will not be able to pay my respects. I will miss him very much and will keep all of you in my prayers.

It won't be the same without him. Take care.

Spoke to Wayne almost every day when I would come home from work. He was always outside enjoying the sun. He was so much fun and he was a caring person. Always asked me how I was feeling.
Loved his family. Spoke often of his sister and daughter. So So sorry for your loss.
I will miss him very much. God Bless you Wayne. Rest in Peace.
Nob Hill will miss you.
Debbie Partridge.
