Debbie,
I just learned of Dam's passing, you have my deepest sympathy. Unfortunately I never got to meet Dan but you always spoke so fondly of him I know he was a wonderful man.
I'm so sorry for your loss.
Love,
Lisa Goodrich

Dan was, as you all know, a unique individual. Most everybody that posts here will mention his generosity as will I now. I come to Pittsburgh periodically to attend a PITT basketball game. I would ask friends to meet at the Oyster House. I would have to fight Dan to allow me to pay the check. I think he won more often than me. If you had a beer at the Red Bricks reunion, thank Dan, your buzz was on him. I exchanged many stories of our experiences over the years about The Village , Central Catholic and the military. I loved this man and I will miss him dearly.

Dan you may be gone but many fond memories will remain forever. My condolences to the family and may the sadness of the moment be overridden by the dear memories that your family and friends will always remember. GOD BLESS THE MANCUSO FAMILY!

I'm one of the many "kids" who grew up in Terrace Village that was friends with Dan. I have many fond memories of us as children. Prayers for his family.
