Sonnenberg Donald, "Don", age 92, on Jan. 31, 2022 of Malvern, PA. Survived by his wife Diane (née Sunderlin), his sons Kyle (Mary), Kurt (Bridgitte), and Tom (former daughter in law Irene), his grandsons Eric (Sara) and Colin, his granddaughter Tara, his great granddaughter Harper, brother in law Wayne Sunderlin, nieces Jill Kunz and Chris Hucker, and nephews John and Wayne Sunderlin and Brad Stach. Don was born and grew up in Kenosha, WI. He attended the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee. He spent his career with Deluxe Check Printers, starting in sales and moving into management where he was plant manager for Deluxe's Richmond, VA and Paoli, PA plants. During their lives together, Don and Diane lived in Duluth, MN, Minneapolis, MN, Richfield, MN, Chester, VA, and Malvern, PA. Don enjoyed golf, gardening, and cheering on his Eagles. He loved his family so much and delighted in spending time with them at their homes and while traveling. The rolling hills and beautiful countryside near his home in Chester County were a constant source of joy in his life. Relatives and friends are invited to visit from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Saturday February 5 at St. Luke Lutheran Church, 203 North Valley Forge Rd., Devon, PA 19333 followed by a memorial service at 11:00 a.m. Following the conclusion of the service, relatives and friends are invited to a luncheon at the Desmond Hotel, 1 Liberty Blvd, Malvern, PA. Internment will be private and occur at a later date.
