David Weissman Obituary
David Leon Weissman passed away on December 11, 2014 at the age of 81. He was born January 17, 1933 in Brooklyn, NY to Morris and Yetta Weissman. Devoted husband of Mona for 57 years. Loving father of Jeffrey(Laurie) Weissman, Sharon (Eric) Goldfind and Gary(Luigi Treglia) Weissman. Cherished grandfather of Samantha and Alyssa Weissman, and Jesse, Jordan and Lauren Feller. David served his country honorably in the Korean Conflict. David resided in Spring Valley, NY for 30 years prior to retiring to Boynton Beach, Florida. Funeral services will be held Sunday December 14, 2014, 3:00 PM at Hellman Memorial Chapels, 15 State Street, Spring Valley, NY. Interment will follow at the Jewish Community Center Cemetery, New Hempstead, NY. Memorial contributions should be made in David's memory to the Make a Wish Foundation of Southern Florida, 4491 S. State Route 7, Suite 201, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33314. Shiva will be observed at the Weissman residence, Suffern, NY.
