AGE: 26 • Carteret
Javier J. Diaz, 26 of Carteret, passed away suddenly on Saturday, February 25, 2017 at Raritan Bay Medical Center, Perth Amboy with his family by his side.
A Funeral Service will be offered on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at 7 pm at the Pentecostal Church of God, 528 Roosevelt Avenue, Carteret with Pastor Orlando Sanchez officiating. A Funeral Ceremony will be held on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at 10 am at the Church. Interment will follow at Forest Green Memorial Park, Marlboro Township. Visiting is on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at the church from 2 ~ 9 pm. Arrangements are entrusted to Gustav J. Novak Funeral Home, 419 Barclay Street, Perth Amboy.
