MIDDLEBROOKS, Michael Celebration of life service for Mr. Michael Middlebrooks will be held Friday, April 15, 2011 at 11am at Mt Ephraim Baptist Church 1202 W. Marietta St NW Bishop Leroy Barnes officiating Interment Georgia National Cemetery. Family and friends are asked to assemble at 1857 Spring Ave NW at 10am Hines Home of Funerals, Inc 595 West Lake Ave NW 404-792-2400
