Lee and Marlene,

I am so sorry for your loss. I remember Rob as a generous, fun, and thoughtful young man. He always smiled and had a nice or clever thought for me. I know we moved away several years ago so Rob will always be in my mind as he was in 8th grade.....spending the night at my house -- eating breakfast after playing video games most of the night, laughing, wrestling with his friends, teasing and joking.

Kevin called me last Saturday with the news and we shared a few memories that were positive and filled with warm thoughts. I hope the Lord brings you comfort. Rob was such a wonderful young soul.

Lee and Marlene, may your hearts be filled with all the special memories of Rob. Cherish the wonderful times and beautiful compliments of Rob's character from friends that I have seen here in these posts. He was a real nice kid and I wish I had spent more time with him through the years. I hope that you can find peace and know that we are here for you. Gail, Mike, John-Paul and Sidney.

Lee and Marlene: So sorry to hear of Rob's passing. When I first heard my thoughts went to how he always called me "sir", always said "thank you", always "shook my hand" and always was polite and willing to help with things when he was around. Although I only knew him from a few encounters, he was a very respectful and kind hearted young man that I know you would have been proud of. I hope that all the positive memories you have will give you the strength and peace to get you through this difficult time. My thoughts go out to you and all who will miss him!

I have many happy Rob memories! From when he and Kevin first met and started riding bikes and playing street hockey, to when they would have cooking contests in my kitchen and eat me out of house and home, I always loved when Rob was with us.
Even after Rob and Kevin grew apart later in their HS years, and we moved out of East Cobb, when I ran into Rob at a Publix about 2 yrs ago he came up to me like a long lost family member and said "Hey Miss Kym!" and gave me a HUGE HUG, and I couldn't have been made to feel more loved and remembered!! I was never a fan of LSU until I met the Stuarts, but with their purple and gold garage, and Rob's enthusiasm, even this Buckeye started liking the Tigers.
I will miss Rob's laugh, his big smile and his HUUUGE heart! I'm sure both of my sons agree that anytime we see purple and gold we will always remember Rob!
Rest in peace sweet young man - we love you!
