I first met Bruce when I was 11 yrs old in Boy Scout troop 5 of Martinez. Bruce was a year older than me and we weren't in the same grade at school, but we both attended Westside HS. I later got to know him again in my early 20s, my family had moved to Montclair subdivision, not far from where he lived with his mom. I attended Augusta College with Bruce and we would often ride together. Bruce was always upbeat and I think he got along with everyone he met. Sadly, the world needs more people like him, he was a good friend.

Sorry to hear of Bruce passing. We grew up together at Warren Baptist and went through all twelve years of school together. I will miss him. Wish I could have seen him over the years more.
