Janet Blackwell Obituary
On Saturday February 15, 2014 Janet passed away @ Arrowhead Hospital due do complications from the flu. She is survived by her mother and father; Hank and Anita, her brother and sister-in-law; Barry and Kim, her sons; Matthew and Joshua, her grandchildren; Brittany, Jace and Kingston. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Services will be held on Saturday February 22, 2014 11:00 to 11:30am at Community Church of Joy, 21000 N 75th Avenue, Glendale, AZ. Services will be an outdoor celebration at the Clock Tower.
