Ralph Watkins had a profound influence on me as an individual and as a professional woman. Back when women were frequently more accessories than success-stories, Ralph believed I could do it all -- and saw to it that I did!
Thanks to Ralph, I have had many exciting adventures around the country and around the world. Further, my life has been enriched by some of the most dynamic men and women of the past 50 years (including his unforgettable Mother and his long-time friend, the late Robert T. Mathews. . . to name but a few).
Godspeed, Ralph.

I have fond memories of Ralph through the years since the 1950s as we both worked for the American Legion. His passing makes me the eldest PDC. What a gentle and thoughtful man! He will be missed.
