Joe Ann Holder is survived by her husband of 18 years, Frank Holder; son, Shawn Sisney; step children, Margie and T.L. Allard; James and Sandee Holder; Rodney and Michele Holder; 8 grandchildren, Larissa, Ashley, Amanda, James, David, Elizabeth, Tyler and Rodney, Jr.; 8 great grandchildren; sisters, Sharon Rolland, Tammy (Roger) Jones, Mary and Stanley; and numerous other relatives and friends.
At the family's request, services will be private.
