Scott Lawrence Braley

Services: Sat., Aug, 14, 9:30 a.m.

Graveside services will be held at Greenlawn Southwest Memorial Park, 2739 Panama Ln., Saturday, August 14, at 9:30 a.m., for Scott Lawrence Braley, 29, who passed away August 10, 2004, in Bakersfield. A memorial service will follow at 11:00 a.m., at Bakersfield Community Church, The Garden, 900 22nd Street. (661) 323-4162.

Scott was born March 25, 1975 in Bakersfield. He was a member of Bakersfield Community Church. Scott was a man of kindness and compassion. He loved people who others could overlook. His natural intelligence was matched by a passion for music and art. Well miss his infectious laughter and his great sense of humor, but are comforted knowing he smiles in the presence of his Savior, Jesus.

Scott is survived by his parents, Larry and Cathy Braley; sister and brother-in-law, Joy and Nathan Sampson all of Bakersfield; grandmother, Irene Hench of Tehachapi; and grandparents, Foster and Sylvia Braley of Milford, Ohio.

Visitation will be held Friday, August 13, from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m.
