PROVENZA, Dr. D. Vincent On August 12, 2004, DR. D. VINCENT PROVENZA is survived by his devoted wife, Dr. Lucia Serio Provenza, their two daughters, Mrs. Lucia Regina DiStefano and her husband Salvatore DiStefano, of Westminster, Mrs. MariJo Bushman and her husband Thomas Bushman, Sr., of Monkton; grandsons, Dr. Thomas DiStefano and his wife Lisa, Mr. David DiStefano and his wife Gabriella, and Mr. Damian Sisca, as well as four great grandchildren, Olivia, Mia, Thomas, and James. Dr. D. Vincent Provenza will lie in state on Sunday, August 15, at the Church of St. Philip and James Catholic Church, 2801 N. Charles Street, Baltimore, MD 21218, from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 P.M. A Christian Wake Service and Recitation of the Rosary will occur at 7:30 P.M. Sunday. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, August 16, at 10 A.M. at St. Philip and James Church. The interment will take place at the Lorraine Park Cemetery and Mausoleum in Woodlawn. Memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society or to the Stella Maris Hospice at Mercy Medical Center in the name of Dr. D. Vincent Provenza, would be appreciated. Please omit flowers. Arrangments by the family owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc.
