Helen Hicks Obituary
On June 9, 2017, Helen W. Hicks; beloved wife of the late John E. Hicks, devoted mother of Rick Hicks and his wife Theresa, Janice Hicks, and Jeff Hicks and his wife Shelley; loving grandmother of five, Kelly, Kevin, Chelsea, Jamie and Brian. Also survived by six great-grandchildren; and one sister Pat Barnes. She was preceded in death by five siblings. Friends may call at the family owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc., 1050 York Rd. (Beltway exit 26) Sunday from 3 to 6 pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 8501 Loch Raven Blvd., Towson, Monday at 11 am. Burial in Cedar Grove United Methodist Cemetery, Parkton.

I guess we are getting older and our parents are gone from our worldly presence. So sad, but many warm memories. It makes me respect the time we have left on earth, and what we do with it. May God bless Aunt Helen!

Dear Cousins, I always enjoyed Aunt Helen's company. She was a very attractive woman and very friendly. It was fun to be around her as a child. My thoughts and prayers go out to all of you. With sympathy, Gary Hicks
