What a beautiful, kind, and loving friend. Mrs. Bertie was truly a delight to all who were blessed to know her and to love her. She and Mr.Buck were fine examples of Christ and I loved seeing them on Sundays at First Baptist. Heaven is rejoicing as this sweet soul is home at last. Prayers for peace to all the family. Mrs.Bertie was truly a blessing in my life. She had a big heart and a smile and a hug to share. She any my mother were dear friends. One of my favorite memories of her was going on a church youth trip to Six flags where she chaperoned the group. Someone brought a scary rubber mask and she had fun wearing it and staring at cars as they passed our bus. She was a Godly role model and served God and others with gladness.
