I worked both for and with Dan for a number of years, early in my career, and I guess late in his. He was a demanding boss, good coach, was sometimes quirky, and had numerous witticisms that we ended up calling "Schulerisms," even to his face. We all enjoyed those. I appreciated, valued, and liked him. I'm certain that he'll be missed by many more than just me.

Daniel W. Schuler passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 5th,2025, at the age of 93. He was born February 26th, 1932, in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Harold and Alice (nee Wunderlich) Schuler.
Daniel is survived by his beloved wife of nearly 72 years, Doris (nee Naegel) Schuler.
Devoted father to Tim (Karen) Schuler, Andy (Patricia) Schuler and Joanna Schuler.
Brother of Peggy Querner, Tina (Frank) Pennington, and Debbie (Chip) Hondorf.
Adoring grandfather to Daniel (Kelci), Andrew, and Christopher Schuler and Jake (Dana), Eric, Faith and Ben Ratliff. As well as great grandfather of Harvey, Cece, Lydia, and Margot Schuler and Miles Ratliff.
Daniel also leaves behind nieces, nephews, cousins as well as many dear friends.
Visitation to take place Thursday July 10th, 2025, from 9:00am until time of Funeral Service at 11:00am, both at Mihovk-Rosenacker Funeral Home, 10211 Plainfield Rd., Cincinnati, Ohio, 45241. Entombment to take place following service at Rest Haven Memorial Park. A reception will follow at Mihovk-Rosenacker Funeral Home in the lower level Community Room.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Daniel's honor may be made online to King of Kings Lutheran Church, or mailed to King of Kings Lutheran Church; 3621 Socialville Foster Rd. Mason, OH 45040.
