Not sure what to say?

Dearest Celeste. Samir and I are so sorry for your loss. David achieved many, many accomplishments but what I remember most about David is how kind and thoughtful and sweet he was. I always enjoyed my visits with you and David at your beautiful home in NH.

A truly fine, good natured gentleman whose company I wish I'd enjoyed more often. My heart goes out to Celeste and the family.

Celeste and family.our deepest sympathies and biggest hugs to all.

David was a gift - possessing cherished and impactful qualities akin to the genius, naturalist, bard, musician, philosopher, trusted fiduciary, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, neighbor and friend that he was.

“A man of many paths” is apt; and, I will be forever grateful to have walked a mile or two by his side in a wonderful life that spanned many thousands.

Sending love to his beloved Celeste and family near and far.

May he...

Gramp, you are the greatest man I’ve ever known. Kind, humble and selfless. Whether it was the stars at night or thunderclouds over the beaches of Plum Island, you taught me to appreciate the beauty of this world and what it is to truly be alive. You made this world a better place. Thank you for everything.

Celeste, my Deepest Sympathy to you and your family.

Dave was a good friend and a fine musician. I played trumpet in the Granite State Stompers with Dave on clarinet...it was an excellent Dixieland Jazz Band.

So sad to see this, Celeste... If there is anything we (the band) can do, please, please feel free to ask. What a musician, to say nothing of his financial knowledge!

He was always good to me, especially when I joined the band. Loved him, Ed Olney
