Age 68, of East Chicago, IN passed away on Sunday, August 31, 2025. David is survived by his children: David A. (Carolina) Ramirez, Jr., Corrie M. (fiancé Terry Applewhite) Ramirez, Rachel C. Ramirez, and Nicholas H. F. Ramirez; mother, Ernestine Anguiano; brother, Jesse Ramirez; sister, Jacquelin “Jackie” Ramirez; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Preceded in death by his father, John Ramirez, sister, Violet Reyna; brother, John Ramirez; and twin brother, Daniel Ramirez.

A Visitation will be held from 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM on Saturday, September 20, 2025 at Solan Pruzin Funeral Home, 14 Kennedy Ave., Schererville, IN. A Prayer Service will be held at 5:30 PM. Services conclude at the funeral home.
