Not sure what to say?

Mr.H., I thought that you being hard on me when you told me not to be too hard on a disruptive classroom student; because this student had psychological problems. He told me to go "with the flow." It was a struggle but with his experience, as a guidance counselor, I took his word. He said, when you need to discipline this student, send him to me for a discussion.
I did. I am eternally grateful to Mr. H. because he helped to save a student from a psychological disaster, and it would...

Mr. Hammond was not just a co-worker but he was also a friend who was on my Christmas card list.
He helped me secure a job at CCHS., teaching all Theology 12 sections for 23 of my 42 years teaching for the Diocese.
He was very proud of the Father Maoine
Campus Center that he helped establish and naming it after his good friend Fr. Tony.
He was supportive of SPA Catholic sports
and especially of the men's weightlifting team.
He was a great person and I will never...

I meet Eddie in 1973, I liked him right away. He fixed equipment at my dad's restaurant. So sorry to hear he passed. RIP EDDIE.

Mr. Hammond was one in a million and we gave him a run for his money. He straightened out a lot of things that were wrong and became a good friend of ours. The kids used to tell him he looked just like Benny Hill. When we had a graduation party in our backyard he attended and we told my cousin's husband that Benny Hill was attending. He loved Benny Hill....well he ran up to him and shook his hand and said I love your Benny Hill. Thank good ness Mr. Hammond has a sense of humor and kept...

Ed truly was one in a million.
Calm, caring, and compassionate.
He was principal of the high-school years of 2 of my children at Spa Catholic, but he never held that against me.

He was a wonderful role model, an astute listener, and a wise sage.
I had the honor of serving on the school board with him, and saw how much he truly cared for the school and its mission, which as his life. He was concerned for every student, every faculty member, and every employee.

Mr. Hammond was an unbelievably kind man who always took extra time to take care of his students. While his time as my principal was short (1 year) he helped me through a difficult time. I will always be grateful for his grace and compassion, there aren't many people of his caliber.

I can honestly say no one spent more time in the principals office during Mr Hammond’s tenure than Coach Lambert. Whatever the circumstance was for being announced “Coach Lambert report to Mr Hammond’s office “a kick in the pant's , a dat a boy, or just a heartfelt talk I always left the office knowing this man’s got my back. Ed was at all the basketball and baseball games cheering the teams on. I remember Ed making the decision to go to the Baseball State Championship game after recent heart...

My heartfelt condolences to Ed's family, He was a caring, kind, and thoughtful leader and friend, I admired his ability to listen and contribute
positive ideas to various situations. He was always able to give credit to those deserving and worked hard to expand school programs and curriculum
to provide a better world for our students. Always a team player and always
a great host. God bless and cherish his memory.

Ed came into our lives in November of 1994. Our daughter was making the transition from public school to SCC. As a 14 year old it was a troubling time in the public school for her and could have been a very difficult change going to SCC. Ed made it seamless for her and helped her meet her soul sister and lifelong friend. At the same time our two youngest sons transferred to Saint Clements Grammar School and were welcomed with open arms, a statement to Catholic school educators. They, too,...
