Emmett was a great friend and companion during our years growing up in McArthur. Many a day during the summer we would go down to Brown's Pond with a can of worms and our fishing rods to spend the afternoon in the sun and fishing. Once we even ventured to the pond during the winter to ice skate with me borrowing one of his sisters skates.
