Iva was the sweetest. I loved seeing her when we was at church. She will be dearly missed. Praying for her family.

Iva F. Harrington, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, passed away on December 2, 2025, at the age of 91 years. Born on January 10, 1934, in Eubank Kentucky, Iva brought joy and love into the lives of everyone she met and brightened the lives of those around her.
A devoted wife of 69 years to her late husband, Charles W. Harrington. Iva was the cherished Mother to her 3 children Michael Harrington, Diana Cooney (Bob) and the late James Harrington (Lynn). She was also the loving grandmother to Sara Dodd (Chris), Bobby Cooney (Kelli), Catlin Byrd (Anthony) and Andrew Harrington and loving great grandmother to Mason and Lincoln Dodd and Zuri Byrd.
Iva is preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Colletta (Wall) Surber and her siblings, Minnie Marie Phelps, Edna Mae Young, Velma Irene Dellinger, Raymond Victor Surber, George Lawrence Surber, Henry Howard Surber, Mary Myrtle Surber, Charles Franklin Surber and Ethel Lorene Davidson. Though they are gone, their presence is felt in the hearts of those who loved her.
Her legacy of love and laughter will live on in the memories of her family and friends. Iva Frances Harrington will be profoundly missed by all who knew her.
Visitation for family and friends will take place on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, beginning at 11:00 a.m. until time of Celebration of Life Service at 12:00 p.m. both at Mihovk Rosenacker Funeral Home at 10211 Plainfield Road, Cincinnati, OH 45241. Graveside ceremony will immediately follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park.
