Not sure what to say?

I worked with John at the Conservation Department for many years. John was a very unique person and had a great sense of humor. I remember how he always loved to watch basketball and hockey. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and hope that all your wonderful memories of John will help you through this sad time.

John was the youngest of the 4 boys and then their lives changed when Belva was born - a princess amongst the boys. We cousins were an unruly mob growing up but loved each other and have kept in touch throughout the years. John was a good kid and an even better man. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

John and I sat through many an interview panel while we worked with MDC. John was fair, professional, and had the personality that you always looked forward to working with.

Lauren, Chris, and Family,
I am so terribly sorry for the loss of your father. My prayers and thoughts remain with you. God bless you all

Lauren, I am sorry for your loss. I knew your Dad from working at the same place, St. Joseph Hospital in St.Charles.
He was such a funny, happy, go-lucky guy and he always made me laugh. Keeping you in my prayers.

To the Mennemeyer family, so sorry for your loss. All the Mennemeyer kids were well liked, with such a good sense of humor. Each of my sisters were blessed to have a Mennemeyer as a friend. Such a great family.

My dear friend John was my boss at the Conservation Department when I lived in Jefferson City and one of the best people I knew. Or friendship continued after I moved, and I am so grateful I had that. He loved his family so much. I’m going to miss his smart wit and his love for the Blues. Keeping Lauren and the family in my prayers.

Lauren my condolence to you and your family. John was a good friend & golfing buddy. He was so proud of you & your family. He always had a good story & new pics on his phone of your growing family. I am very sad to hear this news. John was one of a kind & will be greatly missed by many.
