Rita, I was so sad to read that your brother and best friend Joe passed away. My deepest sympathy to you.

Joe has a love for helping people no matter where they live. In school and around neighborhood he was well liked for many reasoning. No matter where he went for the Red Cross he was doing the will of GOD. The hope he gave to others with pray and needs doing his job . May GOD bless him as we bless him for given his all.

As he lived a life dedicated to helping others, Joe will always be remembered for his never ending love and care for those around him. Rita, as you well know, I will always be here for you!
