Not sure what to say?

I´m so Sorry for your Loss ! Joe was a very respectful person. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Former Parking Control Officer

To all of the Fremeau family,
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

I'm sorry for the lateness of this note. Joe was "the best". A true gentleman. I can't think of the proper words. I'm sad. I'll be thinking of Joe, beach days at "Manchester by the Sea", aka- Rye. Y days. I'm sorry, so sorry.

This fella when he was just a teenager had a statesmanlike aura. He said " LB" like a senator when I first met the hunk as a young teenage boy. Rest Joe. Your were always, always a fine, fine gentlemen. LB

Dear Connie and family - I just heard of Joe's passing and am so very, very sad. Joe was a wonderful person. We often chatted before or after work on Stark Street, and he would come into City Hall often on business. I have missed seeing him since he closed his business. He would always ask about my son and I would always ask about Whitney as they were classmates at Central HS. I will always remember Joe as being a very kind and calm person. He will be missed by many people....Pamela...

On behalf of the Board of Tax and Land Appeals, we would like to express our deepest sympathy to Joe's family. Joe was a well respected member of the appraisal community and always a gentleman when interacting with the board and parties before the board. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

My sincere condolences to the entire Fremeau family during this difficult time. Please find comfort in knowing that Joe is at peace and in good hands. A wonderful and gracious person to everyone he ever met. I will always cherish my memories of him. Rest In Peace.

Please accept our sincere sympathy. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

We live in a very busy time. dominated by doing this and doing that. My memory is Joe always took the time to say hello and chat for a few minutes. He never seemed rattled or in a hurry to brush you off. The world is a bit different today. RIP
