Uncle Joe was a kind, strong, gentle, God fearing man. I am the better blessed because of the example that he set for me and all of us that had the pleasure of knowing him. Dea. Fulcher was a very caring and easy to talk with. I enjoyed seeing and talking with him each time he came to visit at the Franklin Covenant. His living and teaching has left a legacy for his grandchildren. May you fine comfort in your memories.

Joseph Reynolds Fulcher Sr. entered into rest on Monday, March 01, 2021 in Boston, Massachusetts. Mr. Fulcher graduated in 1949 from A.R. Johnson High School and served in the United States Army during the Korean War. Graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 13, 2021 at Franklin Covenant Baptist Church, Hephzibah, Ga. at 1:00 pm. He leaves to cherish his memory, his beloved daughter, Robbie King-Murphy (James); his grandchildren, Damian King, Shavon Fulcher, Khatijah King, and James Murphy, Jr. ; his great-grandchildren, Damian Jr., Damiah, Kharl, and Tristan. He also leaves a host of nieces and nephews, family and friends and the St. John Missionary Baptist Church Family. Viewing will take place on Friday March 12, 2021 from 1:00 to 6:00 pm at the funeral home. Please adhere to social distancing and wearing masks.
