Kenneth Eugene Runyan, 71, passed away peacefully on the evening of January 14, 2026 at his home in Sharonville, Ohio. He was born September 20, 1954 in Hamilton County to his late parents, Charles and Carolyn (Duermit) Runyan.
Devoted husband of nearly 40 years to his wife, Kathy J. (Nicely) Runyan; father of Daniel and Jason (Diane) Runyan; grandfather of Olivia (Kyle), Hannah, Mia, Isabella, and Olivia; great grandfather of Colton and Sadie; brother of Denny (Vicki) Runyan, Helen (Ernie) Britton, Chuck (Becky) Runyan, the late Joe Runyan, and the late Jeff Runyan.
Ken graduated from Princeton High School and worked as a heavy equipment operator with Rauch Excavating. He was happy, caring, and honest with a genuine love for others. Ken enjoyed boating on Lake Cumberland with his family and vacations throughout Florida and Anna Maria Island.
A memorial gathering will be held 10 AM -12 PM on Wednesday, January 21st at Mihovk-Rosenacker Funeral Home, 10211 Plainfield Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45241.
