Not sure what to say?

Kim,

I am so happy that I was able to see you last year and reconnect. I will treasure the picture we took together and know you are at peace in heaven with your beautiful family. Love, Laura (Batsche) Hogue

My dear cousin Kim. Though we were not in frequent contact in our adult years I am devastated by your passing. You were so special to me. You impacted my young life so much and I pray you knew how much I love you. I thank God for the times we shared and I will forever feel our bond. Rest peacefully my cousin, my friend. Say hello for me to all our dear family members in Heaven. I am so sad knowing you are not on this earth...but I am so happy knowing you must be experiencing pure joy...

Aunt Kimmie you were one of a kind and had a heart of gold. You will be missed by so many. Until we meet again. Love you.

Kim's Obituary

Kimberly Ann Batsche, of Sharonville, passed away on Friday, February 24, 2023. Kim was born October 10, 1960 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Ronald and Beverly (Rentz) Batsche. She grew up in Centerville, Ohio and moved to Cincinnati as a young adult where she became a lifelong parishioner at St. Michael Catholic Church where she spent many years volunteering in multiple endeavors at both the church and the school. She would agree her most cherished role in life was being a loving, active, and devoted mother, a role in which she excelled. Kim loved travelling, the season of fall, beaches, warm clothes and warm weather. She previously worked in Accounting and Human Resources. Kim fiercely fought major health issues for more than 10 years, but as she persevered through illness, she maintained her faith, love of life, optimism, and independence.

Kim is survived by her loving son and the joy of her life, Jesse Batsche, and his father, Gary Swirski; brother, Tom (Cristie) Batsche, and his children; Thomas, Christopher, Nicole, Brandon, Brandi, and Ashley. A faithful friend to many, Kim’s strong spirit and warm smile will be dearly missed.

Visitation will be 5-7 PM on Monday, March 6, 2023 at Mihovk-Rosenacker Funeral Home, 10211 Plainfield Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45241. Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10 AM on Tuesday, March 7th at St. Michael Catholic Church, 11144 Spinner Ave, Sharonville, OH 45241. Interment will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park.
